# §1.749. Action on application under delegated authority.


Certain applications do not require action by the Commission but, pursuant to the delegated authority contained in [subpart B of part 0](/cfr/47/part0-subpartB.md) of this chapter, may be acted upon by the Chief of the Wireline Competition Bureau subject to reconsideration by the Commission.
