# §1.377. Certification of the written hearing record to the Commission for decision.


When the Commission is the presiding officer and it has appointed a case manager under [§ 1.242](/cfr/47/1.242.md), the case manager shall certify the record for decision to the Commission promptly after the hearing record is closed. Notice of such certification shall be served on all parties to the proceeding.
