# §1.249. Presiding officer statement.


The presiding officer shall enter upon the record a statement reciting all actions taken at a status conference convened under [§ 1.248](/cfr/47/1.248.md) and incorporating into the record all of the stipulations and agreements of the parties which were approved by the presiding officer, and any special rules which the presiding officer may deem necessary to govern the course of the proceeding.
