# §1.210. Electronic filing.


All pleadings filed in a hearing proceeding, as well as all letters, documents, or other written submissions, shall be filed using the Commission's Electronic Comment Filing System, excluding confidential material as set forth in [§ 1.314](/cfr/47/1.314.md). A courtesy copy of all submissions shall be contemporaneously provided to the presiding officer, as directed by the Commission.
