# §0.558. Advice and assistance.

- (a) Individuals who have questions regarding the procedures contained in this subpart for gaining access to a particular system of records or for contesting the contents of a record, either administratively or judicially, should contact the Privacy Analyst at Privacy@fcc.gov or at the address indicated in [§ 0.401(a)](/cfr/47/0.401.md?p=a), Attn: Office of General Counsel.
- (b) Individuals who request clarification of the Notice described in [§ 0.552](/cfr/47/0.552.md) or who have questions concerning the characterization of specific systems of records as set forth therein, should contact the Privacy Analyst at Privacy@fcc.gov or at the address indicated in [§ 0.401(a)](/cfr/47/0.401.md?p=a), Attn: Office of the Managing Director.
