# §0.506. FOIA and Privacy Act requests.


Requests for declassification that are submitted under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, as amended, (See [§ 0.461](/cfr/47/0.461.md)), of the Privacy Act of 1974, (See [§ 0.554](/cfr/47/0.554.md)) shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of those Acts.
