# §76.05-15. Fire main system.

- (a) Fire pumps, hydrants, hose, and nozzles shall be installed on the following vessels:
  - (1) **On all self-propelled vessels.**
  - (2) **After July 1, 1957, on all barges with sleeping accommodations for more than six persons.**
- (b) The arrangement and details of the fire main system shall be as set forth in [subpart 76.10](/cfr/46/subpart76.10.md).
