# §69.165. Between-deck tonnage.


The between-deck tonnage provisions in [§ 69.111](/cfr/46/69.111.md) apply, except that, under this subpart, between-deck space extends from the tonnage deck to the uppermost complete deck, rather than from the line of the tonnage deck to the line of the uppermost complete deck.
