# §67.501. Application for Certificate of Documentation.


An application fee is charged for an initial Certificate of Documentation in accordance with [subpart K](/cfr/46/subpartK.md) of this part. If application is made for any trade endorsement, the applicable fee under [§ 67.511](/cfr/46/67.511.md) will be charged in addition to the application fee for the Certificate. The application fee does not include the fee under [§ 67.527](/cfr/46/67.527.md) for filing and recording any required bills of sale or instruments in the nature of a bill of sale, or the application fee under [§ 67.519](/cfr/46/67.519.md) for waivers in accordance with §§ [67.89](/cfr/46/67.89.md) or [67.101](/cfr/46/67.101.md).
