# §515.17. Hearing procedures governing denial, revocation, or suspension of OTI license.


All hearing requests under §§ [515.15](/cfr/46/515.15.md) and [515.16](/cfr/46/515.16.md) shall be submitted to the Commission's Secretary. The hearing will be adjudicated under the procedures set forth in [subpart X of part 502](/cfr/46/part502-subpartX.md) of this chapter.
