# §503.64. Commission procedure on request for information.


Upon request for information made in accordance with [§ 503.63](/cfr/46/503.63.md), the Secretary or his or her delegate shall, within 10 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal public holidays), furnish in writing to the requesting party notice of the existence or nonexistence of any records described in such request.
