# §502.709. Applicability of other rules to this subpart.

- (a) Except as otherwise specifically provided in this subpart or in [paragraph (b)](#b) of this section, the sections in subparts [A](/cfr/46/subpartA.md) through [Q](/cfr/46/subpartQ.md), inclusive, of this part do not apply to proceedings covered by this subpart.
