# §502.203. Burden of proof.


In all cases governed by the requirements of the Administrative Procedure Act, [5 U.S.C. 556(d)](/usc/5/556.md?p=d), the burden of proof is on the proponent of the motion or the order. [[Rule 203](/cfr/46/203.md).]
