# §46.15-1. Procedure for determination of subdivision load line.


The procedure for determining the subdivision load line as well as special construction features of the vessel must be as set forth in [subpart 72.01](/cfr/46/subpart72.01.md) and parts [170](/cfr/46/part170.md) and [171](/cfr/46/part171.md) of this chapter.
