# §402.210. Requirements and qualifications for registration.


Pursuant to [§ 401.210(a)(4)](/cfr/46/401.210.md?p=a-4), each applicant for an original registration at the time of application and each Applicant Trainee, Apprentice Pilot, United States Registered Pilot, and Temporary Registered Pilot is required to pass a physical examination in accordance with [subpart C](/cfr/46/subpartC.md) of [46 CFR part 10](/cfr/46/part10.md).
