# §32.70-10. Cofferdams—TB/ALL.


Tank vessels carrying Grade A, B, or C liquids shall be required to conform to the construction requirements in regard to vertical cofferdams in [§ 32.65-15](/cfr/46/32.65-15.md), except that a dry cargo compartment shall be considered to be equivalent to a cofferdam, and except as provided for in [§ 32.70-20](/cfr/46/32.70-20.md).
