# §31.10-19. All firefighting equipment may be tested—TB/ALL.

- (a) During the inspection of fire-fighting equipment, the Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection, may require fire apparatus to be tested, and used, except as provided under §§ [31.10-18(h)](/cfr/46/31.10-18.md?p=h) and [34.15-90(a)](/cfr/46/34.15-90.md?p=a) of this subchapter.
