# §308.410. Reporting casualties and filing claims.


Casualties shall be reported promptly to, and all claims documents filed with MARAD, Attention: Chief, Division of Marine Insurance, at the address in [§ 308.2(d)](/cfr/46/308.2.md?p=d).
