# §30.30-9. Evaluation.


Materials submitted in accordance with this subpart will be evaluated by comparison to the regulations in parts [5](/cfr/46/part5.md), [10](/cfr/46/part10.md), and 13 of this chapter, and by comparison to the U.S. laws referenced in those regulations.
