# §28.150. Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacons (EPIRBs).


Each vessel must be equipped with an emergency position indicating radio beacon (EPIRB) as required by [46 CFR part 25](/cfr/46/part25.md), [subpart 25.26](/cfr/46/subpart25.26.md).
