# §201.171. Stay of Administration's decision.


The Administration's decision or order shall be stayed pending resolution by the Administration of a petition for reopening, duly filed, and for so long as such Administration's action has not been finally disposed of in accordance with the provisions of [section 7](/cfr/46/7.md) of Department of Commerce Order 117 (Revised).
