# §201.156. Requests for extension of time for filing briefs.


Requests for extension of time within which to file briefs shall conform to the requirements of [§ 201.53](/cfr/46/201.53.md). Except for good cause shown, such requests shall be filed and served not later than five (5) days before the expiration of the time fixed for the filing of briefs.
