# §2.10-125. Fees for examination of foreign tankships.


Each foreign tankship of a country party to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 as amended, must pay:

- (a) For examination for the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance under [§ 2.01-6(a)(2)(i)](/cfr/46/2.01-6.md?p=a-2-i) of this part, or examination for the annual endorsement to a Certificate of Compliance, a fee of $1,100.
- (b) For examination for the issuance of a Tank Vessel Examination Letter under [§ 2.01-6(a)(3)](/cfr/46/2.01-6.md?p=a-3) of this part, a fee of $1,100.
