# §199.200. General.


Passenger vessels and special purpose vessels described in [§ 199.10(e)](/cfr/46/199.10.md?p=e), must meet the requirements in this subpart in addition to the requirements in subparts [A](/cfr/46/subpartA.md) and [B](/cfr/46/subpartB.md) of this part.
