# §185.364. Use of potentially hazardous items for commercial purposes.


On vessels described by [46 CFR 175.110(c)](/cfr/46/175.110.md?p=c), flammable items not otherwise covered by the regulations of this subchapter, such as rechargeable batteries, including lithium ion batteries utilized for commercial purposes, must be handled, stored, and operated in a way that mitigates the risk of hazardous conditions.
