# §174.180. Applicability.


This subpart applies to OSVs except liftboats inspected under subchapter L of this chapter and OSVs of at least 6,000 GT ITC (500 GRT if GT ITC is not assigned) as defined in [§ 125.160](/cfr/46/125.160.md) of this chapter.
