# §171.115. Specific applicability.

- (a) Sections [171.116](/cfr/46/171.116.md), [171.117](/cfr/46/171.117.md), and [171.118](/cfr/46/171.118.md) apply to each vessel of 100 gross tons or more.
- (b) [Section 171.119](/cfr/46/171.119.md) applies to each vessel under 100 gross tons.
