# §171.110. Specific applicability.

- (a) Sections [171.111](/cfr/46/171.111.md), [171.112](/cfr/46/171.112.md), and [171.113](/cfr/46/171.113.md) apply to each vessel of 100 gross tons or more.
- (b) [Section 171.114](/cfr/46/171.114.md) applies to each vessel under 100 gross tons.
