# §170.085. Information required before a stability test.


If a stability test is to be performed, a stability test procedure that contains the information prescribed in [§ 170.185(g)](/cfr/46/170.185.md?p=g) must be submitted to the Coast Guard Marine Safety Center at least two weeks before the test.
