# §160.151-9. Independent laboratory.


Tests and inspections that this subpart requires to be conducted by an independent laboratory must be conducted by an independent laboratory accepted by the Coast Guard under [subpart 159.010 of part 159](/cfr/46/part159-subpart159.010.md) of this chapter to perform such tests and inspections. A list of accepted laboratories is available from the Commandant.
