# §160.045-25. Suspension or termination of approval.


As provided in [46 CFR 159.005-15](/cfr/46/159.005-15.md), the Commandant may suspend or terminate the approval of a throwable PFD if the manufacturer fails to comply with this subpart or the recognized laboratory's accepted procedures or requirements.
