# §159.001-2. Right of appeal.


Any person directly affected by a decision or action taken under this subchapter, by or on behalf of the Coast Guard, may appeal to the Deputy for Operations Policy and Capabilities (CG-DCO-D) as provided in [§ 1.03-15](/cfr/46/1.03-15.md) of this chapter.
