# §154.5. Applicability.


This part applies to each self-propelled vessel that has on board bulk liquefied gases as cargo, cargo residue or vapor, except [subpart C](/cfr/46/subpartC.md) does not apply if the vessel meets § [154.12 (b)](/cfr/46/154.12.md?p=b), [(c)](/cfr/46/154.12.md?p=c), or [(d)](/cfr/46/154.12.md?p=d).
