# §15.410. Credentialed individuals for assistance towing vessels.


Every assistance towing vessel must be under the direction and control of an individual holding an MMC authorizing them to engage in assistance towing under the provisions of [§ 11.482](/cfr/46/11.482.md) of this subchapter.
