# §139.155. Appeals of suspension or revocation of approval.


Anyone directly affected by a decision to suspend or revoke an approval granted under this part may appeal the decision to the Coast Guard in accordance with the provisions of [46 CFR subpart 1.03](/cfr/46/subpart1.03.md).
