# §134.100. Applicability.

- (a) This part, as well as parts [125](/cfr/46/part125.md) through [133](/cfr/46/part133.md) of this subchapter, applies to each liftboat of United States flag to which this subchapter applies.
- (b) The design, construction and operating standards for liftboats of at least 6,000 GT ITC (500 GRT if GT ITC is not assigned) must be specially approved by Commandant (CG-5PS).
