# §131.935. Prevention of oil pollution.


Each vessel must be operated in compliance with—

- (a) Section 311 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended ([33 U.S.C. 1321](/usc/33/1321.md)); and
- (b) 33 CFR parts [151](/cfr/33/part151.md), [155](/cfr/33/part155.md), and 156.
