# §13.123. Recency of service or experience for original tank vessel endorsements.


An applicant for an original tank vessel endorsement in subpart [B](/cfr/46/subpartB.md), [C](/cfr/46/subpartC.md), D, or E of this part must have obtained at least 25 percent of the qualifying service and, if the endorsement requires transfers, at least two of the qualifying transfers, within 5 years of the date of application.
