# §13.115. Chemical testing requirements.


Each applicant for an original tank vessel endorsement must provide evidence of having passed a chemical test for dangerous drugs or of qualifying for an exemption from testing in [§ 16.220](/cfr/46/16.220.md) of this subchapter as specified in [§ 10.225(b)(5)](/cfr/46/10.225.md?p=b-5) of this subchapter.
