# §127.650. Bulk liquid cargo limitations.


Notwithstanding [§ 125.110](/cfr/46/125.110.md) of this subchapter, no OSV carrying more than 240 total persons may carry flammable or combustible liquid cargoes of Grade D or higher in bulk.
