# §109.577. Helicopter fueling.

- (a) The master or person in charge shall designate persons to conduct helicopter fueling operations.
- (b) Portable tanks are handled and stowed in accordance with subparts [98.30](/cfr/46/subpart98.30.md) and [98.33](/cfr/46/subpart98.33.md) of this chapter and the provisions of 49 CFR parts [171](/cfr/49/part171.md) through [179](/cfr/49/part179.md) that apply to portable tanks; and
