# §109.421. Report of repairs to boilers and pressure vessels.


Before making repairs, except normal repairs and maintenance such as replacement of valves or pressure seals, to boilers or unfired pressure vessels in accordance with [§ 50.05-10](/cfr/46/50.05-10.md) of this chapter, the master or person in charge shall report the nature of the repairs to the Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection.
