# §91.47. Hearings, decisions, post-termination proceedings.


Certain HHS procedural provisions applicable to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 apply to HHS enforcement of these regulations. They are found at 45 CFR [80.9 through 80.11](/cfr/45/80.9..80.11.md) and [45](/cfr/45/45.md) CFR [part 81](/cfr/45/part81.md).
