# §86.71. Enforcement procedures.


For the purposes of implementing this part, the procedural provisions applicable to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ([42 U.S.C. 2000d](/usc/42/2000d.md)) are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference. These procedures may be found at 45 CFR [80.6 through 80.11](/cfr/45/80.6..80.11.md) and [45](/cfr/45/45.md) CFR [part 81](/cfr/45/part81.md).
