# §73.601. Disciplinary action.


Violations of the regulations contained in this part and parts [735](/cfr/45/part735.md), [2634](/cfr/45/part2634.md), 2635, 5501, and 5502 of [title 5 of the Code of Federal Regulations](/cfr/5.md) may be cause for disciplinary action, which may be in addition to any penalty prescribed by law.
