# §640.1. Purpose.


The purpose of this regulation is to adopt NSF procedures to supplement regulations at 40 CFR parts [1500](/cfr/40/part1500.md) through [1508](/cfr/40/part1508.md) (hereafter referred to as “CEQ regulations”).
