# §630.105. Does this part apply to me?

- (a) **Portions of this part apply to you if you are either—**
  - (1) A recipient of an assistance award from the National Science Foundation; or
  - (2) **A(n) National Science Foundation awarding official.** (See definitions of award and recipient in §§ [630.605](/cfr/45/630.605.md) and [630.660](/cfr/45/630.660.md), respectively.)
