# §618.605. Enforcement procedures.


The investigative, compliance, and enforcement procedural provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ([42 U.S.C. 2000d](/usc/42/2000d.md)) (“Title VI”) are hereby adopted and applied to these Title IX regulations. These procedures may be found at [45 CFR part 611](/cfr/45/part611.md).
