# §607.11. Non-waiver of rights.


An employee's involuntary payment of all or any part of a debt collected under the regulations in this part will not be construed as a waiver of any rights that the employee may have under [5 U.S.C. 5514](/usc/5/5514.md) or any other provision of law.
