# §605.9. Administrative requirements for small recipients.


The Director may require any recipient with fewer than fifteen employees, or any class of such recipients, to comply with §§ [605.7](/cfr/45/605.7.md) and [605.8](/cfr/45/605.8.md), in whole or in part, when the Director finds a violation of this part or finds that such compliance will not significantly impair the ability of the recipient or class or recipients to provide benefits or services.
